The Court That Rules The World

Over on Buzzfeed, Pullitzer award winning journalist Chris Hamby attempts to pull the veil on the shadowy world of the ISDS – a global court with the power to hold governments to account in their actions against corporations.

It would appear that those powers are being widely abused to allow those corporations to circumvent local law, support corruption and absolve themselves of responsibility for murderous, and often wilful, negligence.
