Spotify Link Appears In Windows 10 Store

Update: The link is now live

When Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop and Windows 10 S it also took the time to name two big apps coming to the Windows Store, presumably in an effort to emphasise the importance of the Store in the new, locked down Windows version.

The first of those apps reached the Store today - sort of.

There's now a link to a page for Spotify Music sitting in the Store, although the download isn't enabled at the time of writing. Hopefully the download itself will be live within the next 24 hours, and Spotify users on Windows 10 can start to benefit.

Of the other app - iTunes - no word as yet. I'm sure Apple has more important things to be getting on with now and placing a piece of software into one of its biggest rivals Stores isn't going to be getting much priority.
